Explaining The Plan
Qualifiers
You qualify for commissions and bonuses each month based on; 1) How much you purchase (that's your personal CV), and 2) How many qualified people you have on your first level (those are your personally referred people).
Levels 1, 2 and 3
There are two different qualifying volume amounts; $40CV or $100CV. At the higher amount you are entitled to higher commissions. These are volumes you need to maintain each month in order to qualify for your commission check. Whether people join your group as customers or as distributors they will fall in place under the person that directly referred them to the business.
At the end of the month, you can earn:
10% to 15% on ALL the people on your first level
30% to 35% on ALL the people on your second level
On ALL the people on your third level, you can earn:
10% with 1 to 4 personally referred first level people at $40CV
15% with 5 to 9 personally referred first level people at $40CV
20% with 10 or more personally referred first level people at $40CV
Levels 4 to Infinity (Infinity & Generational Bonuses)
You'll earn up to 5% with 3 personally referred first level people at $40CV
You'll earn up to 10% with 5 personally referred first level people at $40CV

These bonuses enable you to earn BIG money! They can pay very deep into your organization beginning with your fourth level. The Infinity Bonus pays you up to 15% and is a “shared” bonus. Generational Bonuses pay up to 5%.
- Infinity Bonus
The Infinity Bonus is “shared”. What does “shared” mean? It means that you may earn the total 15% yourself or you may be required to share portions of it with other downline members who qualify to earn infinity bonus amounts too. Think of it this way. As with anything you do, you want to strive to get to the top - like climbing a ladder. Our infinity bonus “ladder” has only 3 rungs and the top rung is where you want to be. Keep in mind your people will also be climbing the ladder behind you.
Now, assuming you have made it to the top rung, that makes you eligible to earn 15% on all the people on your 4th level to infinity.
Now lets say one of your members introduces 3 people, they will step onto the first rung of your ladder. This is where the sharing comes in. With that understood, and the first rung being a 5% rung, you now share 5% of your 15% with that person thus lowering your commission to 10% on that one person’s group. If another person climbs the ladder to the second rung, which is a 10% rung, you would share 10% of your 15% with that person thus lowering your commission to 5% on that one person’s group.
- Generational Bonuses
What if someone in your group actually gets to the top rung with you? Do you have to share your whole 15% with them? Yes you do... but this is where the mastery of the back end of the pay plan kicks in. Normally, in most companies, when this happens you would just give all your commissions to that person that “equaled” your rank and then get nothing from there on.
Our company has an extra commission set aside in case this happens of up to 5%. In the event someone matches your rank you can qualify to earn from 2% to 5% of all the total sales in the group of that matching person.
The key to the 2% to 5% is again based on the amount of people on your first level. Have 10 people that spend a minimum of $40CV and you get 2% through 3 members’ groups in each leg that reach the same top rung of the ladder with you.
Give yourself a raise to 5% on all 1st generation “President” and/or “Executive Vice President” organizations by getting 12 members on your first level that spend a minimum of $100CV - plus you receive 3% on your 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation President and/or Executive Vice President organizations!
