The Leader is Major. A sick and twiested lil' Chubby dude! (But we still loves him. =D ) The Millenium Group is resposable for making artificial Vampires, Or better known as "FREAKS". The Millenium Group Puts "Freak Chip" In the host, That person will become more viloent and more blood obsessed then the True Undead.
