THE COMING OF CALEB MICHAEL PARE'
Caleb Michael Pare' is due real soon. Actually, he is due Oct. 2, 2003. We are all so excited! This web site is to be used by you, as a friend or family member of Alicia and/or Mike so that you can enter helpful tips for caring for a child. As we all know, the more the help the better. No one teaches us how to raise children. We usually just learn by trial and error. Sometimes the errors cause us lots of grief. So the more we know, the more successful we will be as parents.
Be creative with your advice. If you are a mother or father, think about how you handled certain situations using your mothering/fathering techniques. Think about those difficult times when you just didn't know what to do. What did you do and how did it go? Share hints for nurturing, discipline, nutrition, sickness, etc.
Also, you could share your mistakes so that Alicia and Mike will not make the same ones. You can share words of wisdom of any kind related to being a parent. For example, share how you handled the "terrible teens".
This information will be shared with Alicia and Mike. I am sure they will truly appreciate your advice, as parenting is not easy. Being a mom and/or dad is wonderful, but difficult. The love given and received is unbelievable, unconditional, and never-ending!
