The Kindred Welcomes You All..

First off i would like to welcome, all of you to my page. Well and i really don't care if you like it or not. You are just going to have to get used to it, because well this is my page and i don't think you had a single part in the building of this site. Anyways The Kindred would be glad to welcome you to it's home. If you do decide to become part of The Kindred then you are more than welcome to almost anything, that the clan as a whole has. As you will see the leader of this clan is a person by the name of Micah. and the Co-Leader of the clan, Is Eminem Man. I just want to let you all know that this little website is all but finished.

Let us just talk a little bit about Dragon Court itself. Well Dragon Court is a little RPG type game, The game was created by well one of the best game designers in all of history. None other than Fred Haslam. This guy was the person who created the game that we all know, The Sims and Sim City. I would have to say that them two games are really fun games >I own both of them<, Oh well that was a little off the beat but still. Let us continue on our little talk of Dragon Court. As you first start off you will need to Create your Hero..So you will need to click on the little Link that says Hero Creation. This will bring up another window, The window will have the following: Hero Name, Email Adress. After you enter those fields it will either come up the name is already taken or you have that name now. After doing this you must go and check your E-mail, Because the password for the character will be sent there.

Step 1. When you enter the name and the password for the first time on your new char. A blue screen will appear giving your options what do do with your char. You will have a total of 25 Build points. Here is a little run down of what all you will have. Guts >They are how strong your char is< Wits >That is how smart your char is< Charm >That is how well he can seduce other creatures in the game< Marks >That is the form of currency< You may put your build points in any place that you want. >Note: If you put one Build Point on Money, That is equal to one dollar.< What is usually do with all of my chars is like i will have Guts: 13 and I will have somewhere around wits: 11, charm will only have 4. The rest of what i have will almost always go back into my money and I will only end up with i think 100 Marks, Which is not a lot at all.

Step 2. When you finally enter you will have 100 dollars or so if you do like it do, you need to go to the Town and then the Weapons Shop. After doing that you will then need to buy a dagger, and a Sword Breaker. When that is all done click on the exit button and then click on the Armour Shoppe. You will see a few items to buy, But you might want to stick with Some Clothes and some boots >Or whatever your budget will allow you< After that is all bought you will need to click on that little purple status bar down at the bottom of the Game Applet. This will bring you into another screen. This screen you will see quite often during the game. You will need to click on your weapons that you have obtained and press the use button. There is no need to place the weapons since this will happen automatically.

Step 3. Now your ready to begin your first questing. Go back out to the Fields and press on the button in the dead center of the Game Applet. This will bring up some Monster The Monster will either be a Soldier, Rat, Ferret, Centaur, Gypsy, Wizard, Old Man, Faery, or a Traveller. What you need to look at the whole time is the person's guts and wits. If they are close to your's then you might stand a good chance of killing them, But keep in mind that they do have little tricks up their sleaves. For you i would keep the killing low and i would only kill Rats and Old men, After you gain a few levels, you will be able to kill other bigger things. Aw the end of the day, after you run out of quests for that day you may not play the game until the next day. You will need to go to the Town and then the Weapons Shop, You will need to click on the sell button, and if you have enough money you, will need to identify all of your weapons. Since identifying weapons is a quick way of making more money. After all this is done move on to the Trade Shop. There you will want to sell everything that you have until you are level 6 or higher and you have 5k marks. After you do that buy a castle permit and get into the castle. If you have any friends that play write them a message through DC mail and ask them for a little help. my name on there is Micah. you must have the period at the end or it will not work.

step 4. Now that you are strong enough to kill everything inside the Fields, it is time to go to the Forest. Yes the Forest you will fine some things that are a little stronger than what you are used to. Some of the things that you will come across in the Forest are: Snot, Elf, Orc, Boar, Sidhe,Faery, Unicorn, you may also find something called a Griphon in there as well. After you are strong enough to kill the Snot which is the strongest thing in the Forest then you should move on to the Mounds.

Step 5. Off to the Mounds this place is located inside the Fields which you should know this already, but since you are new you should not know this quite yet. So let me get you acustomed to some of the creatures that you will find. Here are a few of them Berzerker, Mage, Gate Guards. That is only 3 of the many more evil things to take out. Now that you are strong enough to take everything on in there it is time for you to venture into the Castle and head for the Dungeon's.

Step 6. The Dungeon's in there you will only find a few creatures, the creatures that you will find there are: Rat, Goblin Gang, Berzerker, and of course the Troll. You have to watch out for the Trolls because those sly little guys will mesmerize you quicker than you can say. "Supercalifragalisticexpealidocious" >laughs< (We will get into all of those things like Mesmerize later on in this page)

Step 7. After killing everything there you might want to head up to the Mountains, but do not forget to buy at least 20 peices of rope, don't worry rope does not cost that much. After buying the rope go into the fields and quest there for a few turns until the little popup appears in the top left hand corner. This will say Mountain Trail, you will want to click on that and go up there. Be weary of what you fight because a lot of these creatures have special abilities that you have not seen yet. (IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT GO INTO THE ABANDONED MINES YET)You will fight there for a while until you are like i would say level 21 or so and you have around 200 guts wits and charm. Yeah that may seem like a lot but if you think about it that is not really all that much. When you do that be sure to get a Rudder Of High-Brasil, once you get that put it back into your storage.

Step 8. It is time to see if you are good enough to fight in the docks *YOU SHOUD BE SWITCHING OUT WEAPONS ALL THE TIME, IF YOU FIND STRONGER ONES* The Docks are located inside of the Castle you must go there and down at the bottom right hand part of the Java Applet. You will see the little picture that says Docks, go ahead and click on that just to see how well you do fight the first thing that pops up..But if i was you I would try and trade with the pirates at first because if you don't they will get you with there cannon's and blast powder.

Step 9. Now that you can kill all in the docks go back to your storage and take out your Rudder For High-Brasil. Now go back to the docks, and a whole new world of things will be opened..You will have harder creatures to kill, and even more fun things to use with your char..After killing all of those things with ease you should be around level 26 and have like almost 600 guts wits and charm before you get your Rudder Of Shangala. This is where i do all of my questing at..At this you will be fighting some f the strongest people onthe game. And if you are good enought to kill them, then you should put all of your stuff away in storage and go mess around up in the Mountains. *Do not forget to buy rope* When you get into the Mountains you will want to quest a few times before the Abandoned Mines pop up. If you wish to you should try and fight in the Abandoned Mines. You will encounter a Dragon this is the toughest thing on the game so do not feel bad if he kills you. *He still gets me every now and and again* After you are killing the Dragon with no abilities and with no armament on then you are well how should we say this..You are on top of the game, a figure of speech. There is really no end to this game you just keep playing this game until well you are either bored of the game or until you piss of Lawrence and he deletes your char.. *Snickers* Does not happen that often..

If you have an questions about my site or if i am using a picture of yours that is copyrighted please let me know and i will get it off as soon as possible.. *Have fun in the great world of Dragon Court*

Dusts and powders: Here is a run down of all the dusts and powders that are out there in the big world of DC right as of now..We have the Panic Dust the Blinding dust. Here we go with the Blast Powder. That concludes the dusts and powder parts of this page.

FAQs: If you are asking where to find the guild, so you can learn how to do Berzerk, Mersmerize, Swindle, Backstab. Well you must save up a little money have some open slots for yourself. >Open slots when i am saying this i am talking about whenever you gain one level you have one open slot that you can add something in< You must go into the Forest and quest out there for a little while until you see something that says Adventure's Guild down in the lower right hand corner of your screen. You will need to click on that and become a guild member. >Don't worry this is not having you join a clan or anything.< From there you will be able to learn all of these little abilities that i mentioned earlier in this paragraph. If you get a fighter ability then you will loose gain a berzerk >All of the abilities will be described a little later on< When you gain something you will loose stuff to. Like with a Fighter skill you will loose two of your Charm and Wits but your guts will stay the same. The next thing for you to get if you so choose will be a Mage skill. This will allow you to learn Mesmerize. You will loose two Guts and two Charm but your wits will stay that same. The final thing that you have on the list is the Trader's Skill. This will let you learn how to do Swindle and Backstab. This will take away from your guts and wits but your charm will stay that same..This will all take 1000 marks i think. >Been a while since i have been in there< When i say 1000 marks it means that it will cost you that much ever time that you use one of your guild spots. Where to get Ieatsu. You will get this from the Bushido Token that you get from killing the Samuria's. >Which i spoke of earlier< The next Samuria that you run across and you have a Bushido Token it will say Present Token. Click on that and he will either accept you and allow you to learn Ieatsu. This will take up three Guild Spots and it will take three away from your guts, wits, and charm.

MESMERIZE: this will allow you to hypnotize the thing that you are going up against. But let me warn you. It does not work all of the time. If you run up against a creature that has a higher level of wits than you do and they have the same ability then you stand a good chance to get mesmerized >Gain Wits<

BERZERK: This is like a final desperation attack and will usually do i think it is 20 percent more damage than what you usually do to the creatures. But if they creature does this to you before you are able to get him then, well you are pretty much screwed. That is if your guts are super low, or if you are just a weakling. >Snickers< >Gain Guts<

SWINDLE: This will allow you to take a lot of the creatures stuff off there hands for next to nothing. >EX: you will pay 25 marks and you will receive. Staff [?] 1 quartz and 50 marks<
So you make out like a bandit. But the same thing applies for the other guy. If he manages to get a hold of you with one of those you had better hope that you don't have anything to valuable in there.. >Gain Charm<

BACKSTAB: You will chances of hitting the thing that you are fighting increases by 30 percent. The damage that you do will still be the same as if you were to hit them with a regular attack. >Gain Charm<

IEATSU: This is the best ability to have on your side because this will always insure that you get the first hit in on the person. No matter what, This more or less like gives you 50 percent more attacking power. >Gain Guts<

UNIDENTIFIED WEAPONS: When you see this symbol [?] next to your weapon then that means the weapon is not identifyed quite yet. You must either use an identify scroll. Or you have to go to one of the two weapons shops. >There is one located inside the Town Square of the game and there is also one located inside the Forest of the game< but when you go there you must click on the identify button off to the bottom left hand corner of the screen. That is when you are inside of the Weapon's shop under the sell part of it. When you do that, you will see the total stats of the weapon. In the Town Square part of this it will cost you 40 marks to identify one weapons. But in the Smithy in the Forest it costs you 60 marks. >Do not identify in the Forest he is a big rip off.<

SCROLLS:
Enchant Scroll, This effects your armaments. They affect it buy adding stats to it. But beware if you enchant something past enchant strong then you run the risk of blowing that item up. >Which means the item will no longer be with you any more<

RUST:
Aw this wretched little beast haunts us all. Even the best of the game can not get away from this completly. Rust will occur if you have your weapon for a long period of time. The occurance of rust to my knowledge is unknown. >Except for the fact that Fred put that in to effect< One good way to keep your weapons alive longer, is just put them in storage every night. Another good way is to have your weapons and send them back and forth to each of your chars through the mail. You will avoid rust all together this way. >At least this is what i have been told< When people tell you that you will stop rusting if you just put them in storage, they lie that just slows the process down.
