GENERAL TRANSLATION is considered documents regarding general topics such as personal letters, publications, essays, pamphlets, brochures and advertisements. General Translation is a basic standard system, also known as "non-technical" which does not involve technical terms. Please contact us regarding other topics that may not fall under General Translation, so that we can give you further information.
TECHNICAL TRANSLATION is regarding business documents with technical terms involved such as the field of engineering, law, medicine, computer or science.

MINIMUM CHARGE of $50.00 is required. Projects and prices may vary depending on length of format and turnaround time. Each project is considered separately for final pricing. Actual prices will be given at the time of estimate. Rush project may apply higher rates. In case of large volumes and continuous contracts, discounts are available.
- LEADTIME
The list below is the standard and express lead-time needed. If the translation is completed earlier than the lead-time mentioned below, we will not charge you for any additional fees. If the project is not rush, lead-time becomes less priced. We can provide you the estimated lead-time if you send us the information or sample document.

Lead-time and prices are negotiable
This lead-time is not always 100% commitment, but standard. We may need longer lead-time in cases where a document requires extensive turnaround time and investigative research.

- By facsimile (Quick delivery and no extra charge is needed.)
- By postal service or carrier express including paper documents or floppy disk. (Postage fee and shipping/handling is charged.)
- PAYMENT
We require 50% of the total estimated fee in advance for new customers before the delivery of documents. The balance should be paid within seven days after you receive the translation documents.
- Continuous contract customers do not need up-front payment.

- Remittance to our bank account. (We have a bank account both in US and Japan.)
- CONFIDENTIALITY
YASUMOZONI TRANSLATION SERVICE's policy assures the confidentiality of your documents through an agreement signed by any translator or contractor who provides translation services. YASUMOZONI TRANSLATION SERVICE is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement to accommodate you at no extra charge. The proprietor's information is never released and is placed in secured surroundings.

Naoki Yasumoto - Chief Translator -
Naoki Yasumoto specializes in representing Japanese companies in the United States and Japan particularly in the areas of automobile industry, import and export trading, social services, business laws, administrative business, corporate advertisement, internet web site as well as other areas in the field of translation.
Experience
Mr. Yasumoto was formally senior advisor engineering in a Japanese automobile component company, translating various types of documents in the field of business corresponding, commercial invoice, shipping document, custom clearance, sales contracts, quality assurance, engineering drawings, engineering manuals, operating manuals, employee training QC circles both in Japan and United States.
Mr. Yasumoto was born and raised in Shizuoka, Japan. In the mid 1980s, he opened his own Learning Center in Shizuoka, Japan. He taught English language techniques in various methods and levels of communication and discipline Japanese middle and high school students. He supported students by providing supplementary lessons to achieve their goals and prepared them for a higher level of education in college/university. Classes were held twenty-four hours per week and are all year round to the satisfaction of the parents to benefit the learning skill of the students. He designed and prepared the studentsf textbook and reading materials.
In the late 1990s, Mr. Yasumoto came to live in the United States and now lives in the State of Washington. He previously lived in Texas where he indoctrinated lessons in Japanese language and culture to American and Mexican people. Mr. Yasumoto is also proficient in Spanish language.

1986 Obtain courses in English Literature of Correspondence Course at Bukkyo
University in Kyoto, Japan.
1982 Bachelor of Art. Kyoto University of Foreign Studies in Kyoto, Japan.
