This magnificant private secure guard-gated community is perfect for family and friends and has great facilities that you are welcome to use. The double olympic-size swimming pool and children's water park with fountain, waterslide, spa are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables, ping-pong and video games.
The community clubhouse also has a High definition surround sound movie theater and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials. There are also tennis and basketball courts, childrens playground, gazebos, and BBQ area.
Rates are per night. Please add 13% Florida tax.

What is included in the rental rate?
Condominium & Windsor Hills Resort Facilities
These rates include full use of the condominium and all its amenities including 3bd, 2bth, full kitchen, 2 20" TV, 1 52" HDTV Widescreen, 3 DVD players, screened Lanai, washer/dryer, hair dryers, cable TV, water and power services and more. There is a notebook computer with BROADBAND INTERNET in the master bedroom. Wi-Fi service is available within the clubhouse area(open network)if you bring your laptop.
Fresh sheets, linen and bathroom towels are provided. The home is cleaned before you arrive and after departure.
Your booking includes full use of the facilities within Windsor Hills resort as available. These include the double olympic-size swimming pool, children's pool area, fitness room, games room, movie theater.
A representative of our management company is available for your peace of mind.
Inquiries and Bookings
To inquire about a booking please email us at taxadvice4u@optonline.net with your required dates. We will contact you as soon as possible and send you a booking form.
Deposit
Your deposit of $250 USD will secure the booking. Full payment is requested 45 days before rental date, or at the time of booking if this is sooner. $250 refundable damage deposit due 10 days prior to arrival.

We had a great holiday. The apartment was perfect and made our holiday. We loved Windsor Hills and the pool was fantastic. It was lovely to come back to the apartment at night to relax after being at the parks.
Orlando can be exhausting there is so much to do. My daughters want to return they loved the dolphins at Discovery Cove.
We all loved the apartment and would book with you again. It was the best holiday apartment we've had.

I just wanted to thank you again for allowing us to rent your Windsor Hills condo in Orlando. We had a fabulous time, and it was greatly due to the fact that we loved our accommodations. My two little ones (ages 1 and 3) enjoyed the zero-entry pool so much that we went swimming every day while there.
