Moya didn't disappear down a wormhole; it was actually a treadmill for Leviathans. Moya never lost the weight she put on when carrying Talyn and is very depressed about her figure. She didn't want the crew to know so she had Pilot suggest very subtlety to the crewmembers that they should go out on their own separate missions. This of course worked for Rygel, D'Argo, Chiana and Aeryn but John and Jool were clueless. So Pilot suggest John go on a cruise in his module and the old lady ate Jool. End of season.
