Frederick Girdlestone Smith
Finally! I have located the descendents of my great-Uncle Frederick Girdlestone Smith. I've prayed and prayed that I might find a photo of Frederick and my cousins the Pearsons answered those prayers. Mary Pearson found my web page and contacted me. Thank you Mary!
I now have pictures of all the Girdlestone-Smith children except for little Albert who died as an infant.
Frederick was the oldest son of Emma and Ralph. He later married Clara Burnham and had 11 children. She died young and Frederick married Martha Burris on 29 May 1924 and had two sons Melvin and Noble. She later died and Frederick married Annie Nelson whom he also outlived. Frederick seemed to have inherited the Girdlestone gene for longevity and lived to be 89.
