Emma Girdlestone Smith Jr. with second husband
Pictured here is my great-Aunt Emma Girdlestone Smith with her second husband. I do not know his name, other than he was her second husband. She was originally married to John Perry with whom she had three children.
John was born July 22, 1859 in England. He died in April 1915 and is buried in Logan, Utah.
He and Emma were married Dec 24, 1882 in Logan, Utah.
John's parents were Joseph Perry and Mary Adey.
The couple had three children:
1. Ralph Perry born Jan 12, 1887 in Perry, Idaho. He died July 2, 1966 in Preston, Idaho, where he is buried.
2. Emma Smith Perry who was born Oct. 10, 1885 in Logan, Utah. She died May 7, 1962 in Preston, Idaho.
3. Mary Perry who was born Feb 6, 1889 in Logan, Utah. She died Aug. 5, 1959 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She is buried in Rigby Idaho.
Emma was born to Ralph Smith and Emma Girdlestone May 18, 1865 in Logan, Utah. She died June 7, 1927 in Salt Lake City, Utah and is buried in Logan.
