Alice Watson and Joseph G. Smiths' home


This very large house was home to Alice Watson and Joseph Girdlestone Smith and their children.
Following the couple's divorce, Alice left the home and moved closer to town. Joseph moved to Idaho where he re-married and had two more children.
Joseph built the six-bedroom home himself. He most likely learned his building skills from his father and my great-great-grandfather Ralph Smith who helped build several homes in Logan including his son Edward's Home
I took this picture from quite a ways away from the home so I apologize for the poor quality. Sorry
