Need a lender for a no-doc or stated income loan.
I am interrested in buying properties.My problem is I need a no-doc or stated income loan with low or hopefully no down payment.Credit is good (Score is about 649)I get the run around because I'm self-employed.I do own my home now, but I have only had it for since 02/22/02.I got that one with 103% financing.So I know this is possible.I would like to start buying fixer uppers or foreclosed homes.If there is a lender who is interrested in helping me with this hard to do loan please contact me.
