Part Four-ARTICULATING YOUR VISION AND PURSING YOUR MISSION
In the book of Habakkuk 2:2 it tells us to write the vision and in l Samuel 30:7,8, David on his mission ask of the Lord shall he pursue ? David received the anointing and vision from the Lord to be King of Israel, but his mission was two fold: he had to fight against the spiritual jealousy of King Saul(pressure from within) and the world system dominiation of the Philistines from without(Romans 14:17-21). The life of David is our framework of the Christian Life, whether it be in the world(Church Life and Society) or in the church with Praise and worship.

In The Workplace Employees need Vision Empowerment. Vision is one's perspective, outlook the challenge and projected forcasting. Mission has deals with responsibility, accountibility, fulfillment, decisions, and opportunities. Below is flow chart that describes this process:

Part Five-Identify Strongholds In The Workplace
To be successful in the workplace you must know the high road and the low road. You must be aware of refined points and sharp edges. Two things people forget about their workplace: that is people remember what you do last, good or bad secondly, who get to the powers that be with the first story, true or false. I know of good people who became complacent, and whose paperwork accountibility was not to par, the result was either an untimely termination or not a well deserved promotion. Finally you can make your own serverance
package deal you are empowered to implement several ways. You
can place your overtime pay in a tax deductible IRA Account or have your company do it for you(You may have to sign papers to that agreement). You cannot remove this money except by termination or resigning from your job. You will be surprised how that will add up to a period of time. When your service is ended, you will have a piece of money to live off of until you land in a nother job. I Call this employee empowerment, and this will give the employee motivation not to stay in a hostile situation if proper planning using this plan is utilized and invested wisely: as well as adding to a company's productivity.

I use the Five Smooth Stones of David to illustrate this point:

Five Smooth Stones-----Issues----Five Strongholds
