VIVACATS from LOMPOC, CA.
VIVA (Volunteers for Inter-Valley Animals) was formed almost 20 years ago to help the homeless animal population in Lompoc, Ca. All our cats live in a house, in rooms, not cages. Each room has aproximately 25-35 cats in it. This is a NO-KILL cat shelter. Here is a picture of one of the cats I work with each day.

Our shelter is normally open on Saturdays from 10 a m to 4 p m.
If you need to come during the week, please call and set up a time that is convenient for all.
We also gladly accept donations of goods, money, and services. We are always looking for volunteers to work in the shelter, help drive the animals to the veterinary, and answer the phones. You can work from 1 hour to 15 hours a week or anywhere in-between!
