What Are Your Needs?
Bugs got your PC crawling to a halt? Want to learn how to use a program? What programs would best suit
your computing needs? Data Retrieval? Need portability, lets go wireless. Following are some of the services we offer.
Basic Computing
• New PC Setup (desktop/laptop) with monitor, printer (including All-In-One), software configuration (firewall, anti virus, anti spy ware), connect to Internet.
• PC Tutoring: work with ease and confidence by knowing your PC and Program abilities. Learn how you can do basic PC task. Surf the Internet, make a spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation, write a letter, and make your own flyers. You’ll learn how to backup your data onto CD (reducing the need for costly data retrieval). Heck, burn a music CD. We will teach you how it’s done. Always Tutor friendly services with the Computer Duster.
Hardware Upgrades and Install
• Don’t want to buy a new PC, lets upgrade. Hard Drives, RAM, CPU, USB/Firewire, CD/DVD Players/Burners, Card Reader, Video & Sound Cards, LCD Flat Panel Screen, Power Supplies, and more. Software Upgrades and Install (including Data Migration).
• Time to upgrade to MS Windows XP/Office??? The Computer Duster will save and transfer your existing data to various media (Data Migration and Backup), upgrade your Operating System and/or Office Suite
then reinstall your old data. NOTE: some Software Upgrades will have limited or no support for old data.
Network Setup
• Peer-to-peer Network (multiple computers able to access shared resources, and not requiring a network operating system or computer server). Basic labor rate applies: additional $50 per PC after the first two.
• Client/Server Network uses a network operating system designed to manage the entire network from a centralized point, which is the server. Special Labor Rate @ $90 per/hour.
• Let us assess your needs to determine the best Network Topology for you. We will provide you a written estimate: recommendations, components and labor cost.
Basic Labor Charges are 47.50 per/hour, 2-hour minimum (servicing Belltown, Capitol Hill, Downtown, First Hill, Magnolia, Pioneer Square, Queen Anne).
All other areas will be charged a 4-hour minimum.
Hardware and Software Charges will be quoted after finding the best price within the Seattle Area.
