HOLIDAY RENTAL - 'VILLA ELIZABETH' - COSTA BLANCA
Villa Elizabeth is a Spanish style duplex villa which is situated within the popular area known as Villamartin on Spains sunny Costa Blanca coastline. It is situated within one hours drive South from Alicante Airport and just a 10-15 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre with its many shops, restaurants, bars, entertainments, safe sandy beaches, marina, promanade and hosting the largest weekly outdoor market in this part of Spain.
The safe sandy beaches of La Zenia and Campoamar are just a few minutes drive away as is the famous Villamartin Square with its many exciting restaurants, bars, shops and even a bowling alley. During the Summer months free entertainment is provided here in the form of discos, Spanish Flamenco dancing and horse riding displays.
RENTAL DETAILS:
Our villa has two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room and can sleep up to a maximum of six persons. The prices quoted are for four persons with a small supplement for extra persons.
A deposit of £60 is required per week and will be re-funded on the property being left as found after your return home. Any damages, breakages or unpaid cleaning charges will be taken from this deposit, unless damaged or broken items are replaced.
A cleaning charge of 45 Euros per stay is to be left on the inside dining room table before you depart at the end of your stay. If you require a further change of bedding then please call the maid and pay her seperately. Thank you.
Please bring your own towels and tea towels. Prices start at just £125 per week (in January)Extra persons charged at £35 per person per week. No long term lets are available.
