HANDHELDS
Well it's something to pass the time while on a six hour trip across the state to visit granparents for 2 - 9 days. It's handhelds. These little toys have been a big deal in the Video gaming world ever since that ever so popular Gameboy came out in it's boring plain gray colored box. Yeah it's graphics sucked even compared to the 8 bit games, but what it lacked in graphics it made up in a large library of games and fun to carry along with us wherever we go. Though many others have challenged Nintendo's authority in the handheld world, none have succeded. In fact the Game Gear was a lot better than the gameboy at the time and it still failed. Why is that? No one knows but it's true. Now we have the Gameboy color and a Gameboy Advance coming to our world.
The Gameboy advance packs a mean 32 bit system in it's small package which is slightly smaller than the average Gameboy color (talk about size shrinking with the times). This system will change the handheld world as we know it.
Upcoming games for handhelds are a large number but some to look for are Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Zelda: Oracle of Ages. These two games will interact with each other and use the same engine as Links Awakening, but with more color.
