Welcome to my world! I am an avid reader, a violet vicissitude whose passions include writing poetry,and my wondeful son. I have a boyfriend with baby blues that could rival Frank Sinatra and Mel Gibson!I currently have two pets: a grey tiger cat that sneezes quite freqently and a black cat named Minx. Truly, me heart belongs forever to the furry bear-dog "Cubbie."
WHEN-I-HAVE-TIME-UPDATE: Okay. Deep breath. When exactly did I get old? Tell me again how it is possible that I am old enough to have a child in middle school? Last time I checked; I was 21 and that was only just minutes ago. LOL.
My weekly excuse for why this week's picture is roughly one year old: Okay.........So my friend broke my digital camera and I have been too cheap to buy another and take more pictures. Help! I am technologically-impaired and certainly suffer a digital camera deficit of sorts. But hey........no one wanted to see pics, right?

A POEM I WROTE, "TIME BREATHES"
she told me
scathing, pounding wind
retreats
to the cool abyss of endless
unreachable blue sky
trees that rocked fiercely
abruptly would calm
when time's limbs were grounded.
The sun in all glory shone forth
Yea! Even wrap its rays
around the beaten bark
of time's trunk.
I didn't visualize the sun
only frozen foundations of nothingness
I floundered beneath
depths of non-existant plains.
I saw time's leaves blinded
By impossibilities
I felt the absence of hope
in its breath
Still she said
all deepness of shock
Improbable but truly molded
mercy to prospect
Limbs crossing boundaries
first breaths of life
She always said
time breathes.
