THE GREAT ROOM, equipped with cable t.v.,vcr,stereo,cd player and furnished in "Floridian decor",disappearing sliders (doors) to the LANAI and POOL area, with a view of Shamrock Lake. The entire outdoor living area is screened for maximum comfort and enjoyment.
MASTER BEDROOM, includes a walk-in closet,ensuite bath with contemporary shower unit,his and hers vanities,QUEEN SIZE bed,and features disappearing sliders (doors) to the LANAI and POOL area.
BEDROOMS 2 and 3;are conveniently located on the opposite side of the actual living area, along with a 4 piece pool bathroom. One of the guest rooms also features a walk out to lanai and pool area. Sleeping accommodation are DOUBLE BED and 2 SINGLES, also there is a pull out SOFA BED double size, in the Living room.

LOW SEASON: APRIL-1- NOV.30;$625.00 WEEKLY,$2,300.00 MONTHLY:
HIGH SEASON; DEC. 1- MARCH 31;$800.00 WEEKLY,$2,600.00 MONTHLY:
*40% DEPOSIT is required to hold reservation;SECURITY DEPOSIT $300.00 (refundable);FINAL CLEANING $100.00; STATE TAX 9%.FULL PAYMENT is due 45 days prior to arrival.
RATES are based on 2 person occupancy; EXTRA CHARGE of $60.00 per week/person;CHILDREN age 12 and under stay free.
FUNDS are payable in US dollars.
**REFUND POLICY**
FULL REFUND (less 10% of rental fee)if adviced of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival; 59 to 46 days 50% refunded; 45 days NO REFUND.
