The UKadians are a rock `n roll band based in western Manitoba, Canada. Present members are:
George Norton (bass, vocals)
Lyndon Bournon (guitar, vocals)
Doug Sullivan (drums)
Harold Kuipers (keyboards, vocals)
Occasional members; Phil Neville (k), Jim Lewthwaite (d), Tom Maxwell (d).

George Norton (bass, vocals - originally from Wallsend, UK)
Steve Gedai (drums) - Brandon, MB
Lyndon Bournon (guitar, vocals - originally from Bramshill, UK).

As well as having played in England for a long time (where he backed Neil Sedaka and Billy J Kramer)George played in The Rockits in Germany for many years. He also played with Stray Dog and Ted Herold -the German Elvis.
He plays a bass that his wife, Eleanor, bought as a surprise gift from George's good friend Trevor Bolder (Uriah Heep).
Doug Sullivan - respected by all his peers - has played with many bands. Throughout the 1970s, he played in Ontario, and, after returning to his native Brandon, he drummed with Cold Duck and the Cham Paine Trio. Doug was one of the people behind the Brandon Jazz Festival. Doug studied at Grant MacEwan music school in Edmonton, AB.
Harold Kuipers has played with many bands in the Brandon area, and plays at Knox United Church each Sunday. Harold is also a choral singer.
CKX viewers are familiar with Harold's buns - seen in the commercials for Kuipers' Family Bakery.
Lyndon has played with The Grabowski Blues Band,The Blue Chips, Sudden Thunder (with Joe Ksiazek, Rob Mancuso, Richie Hardinge and Bodo Kruger), The Watermallan Brothers, The Clamps (with wife Brenda), Breadline Shoes and The LBD Blues Band (both with Brenda).
