The team is also interested in Andre Miller and Gilbert Arenas. ...A Post source says David Falk, the agent for Juwan Howard, is trying to orchestrate a sign-and-trade for his client.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Karl Malone would sign with the Lakers for the $1.5 million exception if it helped the team's efforts in signing Gary Payton.

Gary Payton's agent, Aaron Goodwin, says Payton has narrowed his wish list to three teams. The Bucks aren't one of those teams, according to the Racine Journal Times. The Heat, Blazers and Lakers are the teams Goodwin mentioned.
