Monthly Medal.
DANNY WINS SEPTEMBER MONTHLY MEDAL 2003/4
The September Monthly Medal was played yet again in high winds and overcast conditions.Danny Medd winner of last months medal is going through a golden patch at the moment and came through strongly to take first place by 7 shots on 3 under par. His handicap now reflecting his game.
The ZARKA Trophy was also won by Danny shooting another 3 under par, this time with only 4 clubs in his bag. Many thanks to to Ian and Graham for their sponsorship. To Graham who has now left the Island, we the members,(not many rabbits left now) wish you all the luck in the future. This month also sees the departure of Joe Tanet, Joe has been spending more time behind the bar lately than in front of it. We also wish Joe all the best when he gets back home, Stateside.
That's all for now folks next week is a blank weekend so something will be organised for the morning.
