The South West Coast of Turkey is a truly beautiful and diverse holiday location, well known yet undiscovered. Watch the paragliding off Babadag mountain, sample the Turkish way of life at the local market town of Fethiye or join in the nightlife in Hisaronu. Maybe just sit back, relax and take in the stunning scenery of the surrounding pine clad mountains whilst watching the spectacular sunsets.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the local bus (Dolmus) route and a shorter walking distance to some neighbouring hotels, restaurants and bars. The apartment is on a small development of just 6 apartments sharing the gardens and pool. Nearby hotels, Morning Star and Halcyon Days, are open all year round and are popular with the many English residents in the area. A small supermarket is located less than 100m away.

It is a great location for some serious sunbathing and in the cooler months well situated for hill and country walking. A local bus service (dolmus)and taxi service is in operation off the main Hisaronu road just a few minutes walk away.

A transfer service to and from the apartment upon your arrival can be arranged on booking.

The Oludeniz region incorporates the beautiful resorts of Oludeniz, Hisaronu and Ovacik which are surrounded by stunning mountain scenery and the most photographed beach in the eastern Mediterranean.

The villages of Hisaronu and Ovacik have combined to create a resort which has a distinctly British atmosphere. Hisaronu is the livelier of the two, it is a vibrant and entertaining place with shops, bars and restaurants. Ovacik is more sedate but still has its fair share of places to eat and drink.

Oludeniz has a beautiful sandy beach in a cove of tranquil turquoise sea. The Blue Lagoon has calm, crystal clear waters which make it ideal for a variety of water sports and a very safe place for children to swim. The lagoon is now a protected a national park. Oludeniz is world famous for its paragliding where you can jump from the top of a mountain and land on a wide stretch of beach, a spectacular adventure but not for the faint hearted.

From Ovacik it is only 15 minutes by bus to Fethiye. This is the main town where you can get anything you need, including banking facilities. Fethiye is a pretty harbour town with excellent shops and is also popular with tourists. The town imaginatively straddles the old and the new. The attractions range from the modern marina with its impressive yachts to the hustle and bustle of its authentic Turkish market.
