A. The Crisis of Change leads one to existential despair.
The Challenge of Change gives motivational empowerment
(energy)that is not confronting change, but embracing
change in the workplace(Job 14;14; Psalms 27:14).
B. What Is Change ?
1. Change is defined as the coming of new things,
policies, issues and procedures that you must accept
in the workplace. This occurs when there is a
change in leadership, or when there is a change
in the Company's Vision Statement.

C. What It Means To Stand In The Gap(Ezekiel 2:30) ?
1. A Believer is anointed(Promises by God) must prove
him/herself worthy by standing in the gap(that is
at times God takes away the hedge-Job 1:10).
Hold on to your integrity(Job 2:3). Noticed the name
Job in antithesis stand for job(vocation)in Eph. 4:1.
When a beliver is anointed they walk in substance
(Heb. 11:1). When a believer stands in the gap, it is
transition or sustinance which is growth or purging
as based on 1 Peter 1:3-10.
2. The Believer has authority, which means you have
moved from anointing through the gap into abundance
or provisions by God. You are accepted by the church
or world system(Gen 41:37-42). Authority(character)
vs. Anointing(nature) as based on Gen. 41:5,8,12,15-
17. The Late C.I. Schofield called this "The
Believer's Standing and State.". The believer's state
is the anointing, the believer's standing is the
authority.
3. Why does God have a place for the believer in the
workplace ?
a. It is that the believer can have increase and
success(Josh. 1:8,9)
b. Through the holy spirit, demonic strongholds can
be rebuked and destroyed(Haggai 1:4-11;Mal.3:8-13).
c. It is that God will be glorified not us, and that
he is the source o f wealth, success and provision.
