This Website is for all the people who want FREE PORN, YEAH!!!. LOL. Just kidding. It's actually a site for Tribes Tweaks. First off I want to say this. If you can get ADSL,DSL,or Cable, get it and it will improve preformance dramatically. Here is some very good easily learned tips on improving ping.

(1) Goto options while in tribes. Next goto the tab that says Network. Set the Packet Frame Bar in the middle all the way right. If You'r on a 56k modem, change the packet size to 221 and the packet rate to 12.
Next goto a tab that says Graphics. Turn you'r texture,terrain,and shape detail all the way up and you'r lighting,decal and damage detail all the way down.This will result in only a WEE bit of Graphics loss.
(2) Get a Modem Tweak Program. I prefer EasyMTU by Rob Vonk. You can find it at www.download.com.
(3)Get a better video card. That will improve all the cruddy graphics and skipping of the game.
