team p.r.o
hi im rick one of the members of team p.r.o. to sumerise what we are in a few short words:- damn good trial riders( better than ginghing), cool dudes, and all riders in the best team on the face of the earth ect ect..... so any way we ride the streets of hastings and the park, the riders are scott brassell:- stock rider who tends to have a habbit of falling off! .dan hunter:- a new mod rider/skater ,who is the proud owner of a new onza t-bird. chris cooper:- also a new mod rider /skater who has more guts than the fattest man on earth.ricky coleman(me):- probably better than ryan leech, i am a mod rider and the proud owner of a da bomb mod and thats it..... oh no lets not forget blub our very own troll/dwarf who dosent ride but does beat us all up any way here are a few words to sum up trials ridin if havent got it already.
Trial biking is a fairly recent extreme sport and is what some say the hardest type of biking and i would agree with them this is because me(ricky coleman) and my friends scott brassell, dan hunter, josh young and chris cooper are all trial riders it is very hard to learn tricks but once you can do them it is a great sign of relief and it is great putting them into practice. it gets frustrating some times, words from dan hunter
one of the ways we practice is by going down town and hoping up and down walls and getting around and over obstacles in as many diffrent ways as possible, but there are certain things you need to modify your bike such as a bash gaurd that protectrs your sprocket and chain when it crashes into a wall or something like that and that will happen quite alot once you get going.
shn pads for protection, sharp brakes i.e. magura hydraulics. and it helps if your bike is lite so you can lift it easier and this will help you to hop.
but all this is not to get confused with moto trials which is whole diffrent thing, there are also two diffrent types of trials bike mod(20 inch wheel or stock (26 inch wheel) they two diffrent catorgories at comp's and are quite diffrent.
although you do get abused quite alot for so called "damage to property" which i might state is not true so if you did start up trials you would have to be aware of the miserable people who dont have a life and like yo complain about us( personally i tell them were to stick it) but it is a very diffrent sport and if you like to stand out from the crowd and look good take it up it's diffrent from playing football all the time.
here is the most gutseist man of the team who we be very soon getting a mission bike "20"mod words of Chris Cooper.
were going to be producing a video at christmas and we will probally finish it towards the end of next year.were put clips on the web page after x,mas and u can c what you think.
were also bound to be producing photos aswell so look out 4 them.
if u like what u c were probally produce more in da future.
this is the rickonator speaking there may be some new members of team p.r.o. joining soon they go by the names of josh young, will estall, adam holly and luke fitzgerald but lets not get carryed away you have 2 b good at trials or good at something to get into team p.r.o. so i dont think luke will be joining any time soon, josh maybe but he never seems to concentrate on his ridin and whenever he cant pull a trick it is his bike's fault not his,will- i thik will might make it because he means things when he says them(unlike luke and josh,adam- i dont think adam will be cool anough to get into our team because he is a bit of a dick....any way on a higher notemembers of the team hve since learned some new tricks dan can now pull 3 back hops, chris can side hop off any thing he see's scottcan get up a 3 ft wall and i can hop clean up the island at the end of the park.
