Pint-Size Science Preschool Discovery Camp
Pint-Size Science Summer Program 2003
Pint-Size science is a structured preschool science based program that incorporates math, language arts, literature, music, sensory integration, and creative arts within its science driven content. The program utilizes the discovery method encouraging children to think on their own and discover by experimentation verses explanantion. Children will become familiar with using a microscope, balance, lens, and other measurement tools. Each weekly session is different and runs from 9:30-11:50 on Tuesday and Thursday with the exception of the final session, which is on Monday and Friday.
The workshops are developed and presented by Steve and Tammy Manns who are both certified teachers and Nationally recognized in the fields of education technology, curriculum writing, teacher education and science literacy.
