I am the Office/Sales Manager here at R&d Dictating Systems. We have been in business for over 30 years. We buy, sell and rent and repair Transcribing and Dictating Machines.We sell new and reconditioned machines. We also carry accessories such as headsets, foot controls, mics, powersupplys, and tapes. We give a 90 day parts and labor warranty on all machines purchased. We give a 30 day warranty on all repairs. Our in shop labor rates are $ 65.00 Our out of shop service call labor rates are $ 85.00 plus parts if needed and tax on parts. ( Our labor rates are a flat rate not hourly. ( Note We charge a $25.00 est fee for machines not repaired)
We do all our own service.Our reconditioned machines sell for $150.00 on up to 275.00 ( depending on what we have available at the time). New machines sell for $ 345.00 on up to $800.00 sometimes more. All machines come with a mic or a footcontrol and headset. We sell standard size machines and micro and mini.
