If so, did you know that you could actually learn how to jump higher in basketball games. And you can do it starting tonight! It's as easy as doing these two steps to get a big increase the height you can jump.
1) You body is an engine that can't run on junk fuel. You need to be sure that you improve your hydration like with Powerade or Gatorade. They say that you need 8 cups of water a day, but when you are training to learn how to jump higher in basketball, you need to keep yourself hydrated just like our troops in Iraq. Just just fill up a gallon container of ice water in the morning and use a sports drink powder in it to give it some flavor. That way I don't have any excuses and I can hydrate myself regularly just like soldiers do in boot camp. Give it a shot and you will see, it helps a lot!
2) You'll find out that basketball players have a jump coach for a reason. You need to get some training. In my opinion the best private coaching out there is from The Jump Manual. You get the best exercies for real performance. They show you a few exercises that are pretty easy but really made a difference in how I exploded from the asphalt. Quite a bit of time went into figuring out how basketball players need to jump different from other athletes.
Once you get those two things put together for you, you should be able to greatly improve your vertical jump without much of an issues at all. If you want to be amazing you should see what this guy did!
