The Members of this clan are all experts, names in order of their authority. Only those written that can recruit will be able to recruit and if anyone recruits without permission by the leaders they are out of the clan. Leaders do not change
rank. Soldiers are able to gain the rank of commander but not general or leader. Only if he has dramatically better skill and/or offers us more imformation or "gifts"than the other. Same goes with commander to general. Generals cannot pass to become a leader and therefore concentreates on rulind the others but not as much as us. They cannot recruit but they have authority over the others. If they try to go over an order given to another they will be kicked out or put down in rank or whatever thing he did to equal his punishment. This is a pretty rare occurance to change ranks and if you compete for rank with the other members you are banished from the clan. This is a friendly clan that doesnt need it.
