HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT
System, which identifies, evaluate, and controls hazards related to food. By controlling food born hazards, the industry can assure consumers that their products are safe to consume. Therefore public health protection is strengthened. HACCP was originally developed for the food industry to ensure the safety of food products. But now this technique has subsequently been used not only to ensure food safety but also quality.
