THRIMBY FARM BED & BREAKFAST
Ron & Anne Ross invite you to THRIMBY FARM a beautiful 17th Century Converted Farmhouse now providing Wonderful Guest House Accomodation. A Warm Welcome is always assured at Thrimby Farm with Tea & Coffee provided on arrival. Guests can the relax in the cosy TV lounge or retire to a beautiful south facing room. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities available to cater for children or the disabled. The Guest House is a Non Smoking establishment and we do not welcome pets.
A car is essential when visiting Thrimby Farm due to our countryside location. Thrimby Farm is situated seven miles south of Penrith town centre on the A6 and approximately five miles away from Ullswater. We are also close to the M6. Closer to home there are several good pubs providing excellent ale & food in the nearby villages, the nearest being two miles away from Thrimby Farm.
An ideal base for touring the Northern Lakes or stop off en-route to Scotland.
We are about half way if you are doing the Lands End to John O'Groats
