WHAT IS THE CIA
The CIA is a totally illegal originization. Right from the very beginning, when they replaced the O.S.S. as America's legion of covert goons, they were already up to their necks in illegal actions.
Having no mandate to work within the borders of the United States (but never the less doing so), and not legally able to work within the borders of any other country, the CIA can do nothing that doesn't already stick them into the catagory of unlawful and illegal.
It was the CIA who killed JFK (senior), and it was the CIA who killed the alien who was posing as his son, and some suspect that in the year 2323, it was the CIA (or CIA agents sent to the year 2323) who killed the real JFK Jr. to prevented him from completeing his mission.
The CIA have also been responcible for many other assassinations, wars, and rebellions.
