A consultancy fee of N15, 000 (N20, 000 for PhD) is payable in two installments: N7, 500/N10, 000 during enrolment, and the balance a month or two later. Enrolment takes effect from payment of first installment. Refund of payment is guaranteed if service is unsatisfactory.
