Welcome to PLA AK, isn't it grand?
You've found my PLA website for Alaska. I made this website because Alaska's scene is horrid, I'm out to change that. I figure there are afew out there that know what they are doing, and afew that wanna learn. To those that know, your teaching is welcome and greatly appreciated. To those that wanna learn, all that is asked of you is you pay attention....and bring the drinks. And another thing, don't be emailing me saying "I think my neighbor is bugging my calls, how do I make his home phone a pay phone?" I won't even reply. And I'm still learning aswell, so don't expect all the answers.
As for the PLA meetings, we're planning on having them as soon as someone wants one. They will be held at Denny's on Northern Lights (where the cool kids hang!) and at Lion's Park in Eagle River. We will be having a Phreaker's BBQ this December at Lion's Park, after which we'll go attack local payphones and cause general anarchy.
We will be adding the payphone numbers for Denny's on Northern Lights, Costco, and other such places soon.
DUMPSTER DIVING IN EAGLE RIVER!
Best place so far is Wal-Mart, finding the good stuff is easier said then done, but you can score a ton of recipts just outside the door in the garbage cans. AND DON'T USE THE PEPSI MACHINES BY THE WESTERN DOOR! F*ckers switched it all, never get Mountain Dew. Back on the subject at hand, all these other places are good to score stuff.
Fred Meyer, this place is a gold mine, but finding a good time to strike is next to impossible, pretty much just gotta grab your junk and go for it.
