The Notice
I woke up this morning to the sound of my landlord rummaging around my next door neighbor’s room. My landlord not happy. The tenant owes something like $600 in rent (he is hardly ever here). What my landlord saw did not make him happy. Along with general filth, my landlord also found marijuana. This is now personal. So my landlord left a cheerful 2 page note on the door, which is transcribed below:

Paying, nasty
Mother fucker.
CLEAN THIS
Fucking room
And come up with
Some cause
I’m about
Ready to

The whole place
Reeks ‘cause
Of this shit!
1) Piss in bottles
2) pizza boxes
3) filth everywhere
4) a goddam nigger
wouldn’t live

My apologies for not putting up a photo of the notice. I am moving out, and my digital camera is already at my new place. Hopefully, this text will give you some idea of the flavor of the note.
UPDATE: The guy came back, saw the note, and cleaned up his room. It took a day's work to do it. I have no idea if he has made any gestures to pay what he owes in rent.
