Want to enjoy "real" hunting with family and friends? My family and I would like to invite you to stay with us. We can offer you a home away from home along with the prime hunting land that you are searching for. We are a small, family farm located just 14 miles SW of Clark, South Dakota. Even though our business is farming we want to share with you our love of the land and the freedom to hunt. We have everything you need (or I'll try to get it for you)for a stress-free,fun, memorable experience.

LODGING:

-1400 sq. ft. of clean, comfortable space to stretch out in.

- All 3yr old interior

- All 3yr old appliances (stove, refrigerator)

- Everything you need to save on the expense of eating out (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, blender, convection oven, crock pot etc...)Please ask if there is something you need stocked.
- All you need to bring is food and drinks
- Bird cleaning station
- Upright freezer for food and birds
- bedding and towels provided

- 1 large gas grill

- 1 older Webber charcoal grill
( You will need to bring charcoal and lighting fluid)If you forget I will get it for you
- Dish Network with DVR HBO,Starz,The Big 10 ,NFL network in the spacious living area(I am more than happy to record a sports event for you to view after the hunt.
WI FI so you can keep in contact with your world.

I am on site to help make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.(If you need me or not,it is up to you.You can have as much contact with me as you want.This is your house for the time you are here and we incourage you to let loose and injoy your home a way from home.)

Dogs are always welcome and there is a 10x10 mudroom entering the house (this area is not heated so please make arrangements to keep your dog comfortable.) I can not allow dogs in the house.(Even in a kennel)I have in the past made adjustments to this rule,but I no longer can do this. I am now inspected each month by the South Dakota Health Department.Even the 9 months the hide a way is not used I do not let my 4 dogs(or my kids) in this house .Most of you know I am a true animal lover but I have to do this to be able to keep this business.I can not afford to pay the fines imposed by the State when they find dog hair in the kitchen area.I am more than willing to let any dogs stay at my house in a heated mudroom.Please help me keep the Hide A way open for everyones enjoyment.

HUNTING:

- 500 acres of prime, private land (with food plots)

- 800 acres of public land available within 3 miles of lodging.

- an abundance of pheasant and deer (even more than usual thanks to the recent mild winters)

- Hunting at your own pace, without a guide OR-
if you would like a guided hunt I will make arrangements for you with a local guide.

PRICING:

- Lodging / Hunting : $125 per person / night

- Lodging only : $60 per adult / night ( kids under 16 stay for free)
