Well? If you've made it to my site that is what you're asking arn't you? I mean, I would. We like to know a little bit about the person we're talking to so consider this like the inside back cover of a book.
I'm not really anybody at all and I guess that is the whole point. Do we really need to be "somebody" to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ? My ability, I believe is based entirly on the idea that I am insignificant, that there is none of me (or very little of me) and it is all of God. I am the vessel that contains, then passes on what is of importance. There are many like me in the world but be aware of who you are listening to. 1 John 4:1-3
"Do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. This is the way to find out if they have the Spirit of God; If a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ became a human being, that person has the Spirit of God. If a prophet does not acknowledge that Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist. You have heard that he is going to come into the worls, and he is already here."
I hope to be able to bring to you what I believe to be the word of God either given directly or through scripture but always in accordance with and backed by scripture.
We don't have to be a lion or the ocean to roar. Have you ever heard one drop of water fall. It is a very small sound but when millions of drops fall at once they make the sound of a mighty waterfall, a torrential rain storm or an ocean roar.
One day all will stand before Jesus Christ and account for what they have done in this world. My hope is that when I am asked what I did. As one raindrop I will answer my Lord. "I made the sound that you asked of me."
