Playing cards have been around for a few thousand years and so it seems fitting that the ancient art of drinking be teamed up with some what less ancient art of playing cards. This Email contains drinking games that are played mainly with cards, or at least use cards to some extent.
I have included a couple of free games from this collection so that you can see the quality of the recipes you will receive.
EIGHTS
Take the four eights out of the deck of cards. Line them up length-wise and deal the remaining cards out to everyone who is playing. The object of the game is to build up the suits from 2-ace.
A player may start by placing the seven of clubs next to the eight of clubs. He may then hand out two drinks to whoever he wants because there are two cards in that suit. If a player cannot place a card in order, then they must play another card that is close. For example, placing a two of hearts next to a five of hearts requires that he drink three drinks himself because there are three spaces.
As the game continues you will start to hand out more and more drinks with each card placed. When you start to play your last cards you will be handing out thirteen drinks. Don't be too harsh or you might find yourself drinking 39 drinks in a row.
This game usually works pretty well if you want to get really drunk. Remember you can play any card of the same suit as long as it is in sequential order. In other words you can play either a four or six on a five as long as it is the same suit.. If you can't play either of those cards then you drink as stated above.

HORSE RACE
First take out all the Kings and Queens and line them up in a line. Then take the aces out and line them next to the Kings and Queens, so they make an "L". Then people choose who they think can win. Example: Person 1 says Spades, Person 2 Clubs, Person 3 Diamonds, Person 4 Hearts.
Then take the deck and lay down the top card. Depending on the suit the horse "ace" then moves one 1 spot parallel to the Kings and Queens line. Continue this until the first ace crosses the last card in the King and Queen line.
First place gets to give out 20 sips, second place gives out 15 sips, and third gives out 10 sips. Then reset the horses and do it again.
More than one person can bet on the same horse. If two people bet on same horse they each get to give out the number won, you don't split the winnings to give out.
