The Alternative Matrix...You Have Options!
Thermasave Building System
ThermaSave Can Help You Build (or Rebuild) Quicker!
Better and Stronger Than Ever!!!!
*ThermaSave is a Structurally Insulated Panel Building System.
These panels were discovered by the Federal Government and FAS (Federation of American Scientists) who then ran extensive tests on the panels and now have endorsed them, across the board, in these ways....
1. To help rebuild in Asia after the tsunami disaster. This company got the contract directly from the federal government.
2. HUD will be utilizing these panels to build affordable housing. But they also intend to build model homes in several major cities to publicize the structural integrity (and the other benefits of the panels as mentioned below) of this alternative-to-wood building material. These panels which are also called the "ThermaSave Building Systems"-are ecologically-very beneficial, energy-efficient, very strong/well built, flood/fire/earthquake resistant and meets (and in most cases) exceeds the ICC for building/construction codes.
Other benefits of Thermapanels....
3. Can be built with out drywall and without framing and can be completed in any number of finishes.
4. Can be built very quickly compared to conventional or wood-based homes.
5. Can save overall the cost of conventional housing in several key areas.
6. Can be built using comparatively unskilled labor. (excluding sewer, electric, etc.)
7. They are resistant to mold. In the event of a flood (if the house is recoverable) the inside can simply be high-pressure hosed with water to clean it and it dries very fast! No mold!
8. Exceedingly strong! A test with a single panel of about six inches is driven on by a 3-ton pick up truck! It doesn't break or crack! Yet, compared to other similar (there have been 'other' panels-also Styrofoam -that do NOT have the patented process invented here to make them very strong, etc.) are not necessarily heavy in weight and able to replace wood!
9. FEMA and the Dept of Agriculture are presently looking into utilizing ThermaSave to rebuild after such disasters as Hurricane Katrina and the Northridge Earthquake, etc.
(*ThermaSave is part of the Sundance Project mentioned below.)
Disaster Housing - There is a Definite Need!
Thermasave offers solutions for those displaced by disasters. Their website is below "Thermasave".
Thermasave -Earthquake Tested to Comparable 9.5 on the Richter Scale!
I have been contracted to locate individuals who are interested in running a manufacturing plant that makes The ThermaSave Building System panels. The panels have already been given the official endorsement of the United States government of HUD and extensive testing was done by FAS (Federation of American Scientists) who had been searching for an alternative to wood for residential and commercial buildings. ThermaSave not only passed these tests but exceeded them in most cases! The panels are in demand all over the US and globally by those individuals or companies seeking to build using them. But not enough plants are running (or in close proximity) to be cost effective. That's where YOU come in! Anyone, with good credit (or has a partner with good credit) can apply for a franchise to own and run a full scale plant needed everywhere! The cost for 1/2 capacity is about $300K and full scale is about $575K.
You will need at least 3 to 5 acres of land, loans have varied between 1.5 to 3 million. On site training part of franchise. 20-30 employees per plant.
The owner of Thermasave has some partial financing available for those who lack the funds and we have other resources for funding as well. For more information please visit www.FinancialMeans.com
If you need funding, in part or total, both myself and Thermasave can help you.
My sources need good credit rating of at least one person in a partnership. Funding starts at $50k up to $1 million or more.
You might find this of interest. These are options that I would love to see offered as a way to deal with disasters or catastrophies that cause homelessness and can help house those survivors within a month (more or less depending) on their choice (or availability).

This is called Concrete Canvas but is nothing like the visual you are probably getting. This is an award winning design that will be available late 2006 or early 2007. Click the link below to read more about it. Or visit their website below labeled 'Concrete Canvas'.

(This design can house people and families with in a single day!)
Entire Families on The Streets of America!
The average person will not believe this...yet. But spiraling homelessness affects every aspect of society. A country that ignores the plight of their own people who try to survive every day living on the streets is a pathetic commentary about society's views about the homeless and its attached (and debilitating) stigma which is so prevalent in our society. The plight of the homeless is generally ignored, covered up or worse!
Recently, on CBS, we heard that the funds meant for New Orleans Rescue/Rebuild was taken. Allegedly, by thieves! (Click on the link below; http://www.civilrights.org/library/detail.cfm?id=44290) This not only hurts the victims AGAIN but it makes it that much harder for the next disaster where AID to the homeless is badly needed from FEMA.
But please beware! Before Katrina, those now displaced survivors would have said, just like you, "It can't happen to us. It can't happen here."
It CAN happen to ANYONE! In a single day! Overnight!
The Sundance Project- a Division of a New World Paradigm, Inc.
Sometime soon I will be posting links to The Sundance Project. It involves a multi-level approach allowing ANYONE to own their own home if they so desire. And to also get training to build homes for others and thereby gaining 'credit' for their own homes, if warranted. There will be communities of like minded people who will grow their own food and/or maintain wind mills, hydro-electric and/or solar power to become totally self-sufficient and selling the excess to the power companies for continual profits.
The Sundance Project addresses major social issues facing this country which are homelessness, unemployment and those who are "generation" welfare recipients who want to gain the pride of home ownership and employment breaking the chain of social dependency. Also a special program will be initiated for childcare of the employees who are training/working. It will be run by others who may not be able (physically) to build the homes but who can take care of the children in the Child Care Centers still gaining credits for their own homes.
If you are an investor interested in becoming a partner with the Sundance Project contact the email address below.
And please visit often as I add more alternative 'choices' to building homes worldwide!
