Favorable Results in Test of the Impedance Device

By Toni DeMarco

After hearing Harvey Grady speak on the benefits of the Edgar Cayce impedance device [radial appliance] at the A.R.E. Clinic Medical Symposium in Phoenix last January, I decided that this was just what I needed. I had a month of business travel ahead of me, was dealing with a lot of stress, and hoped that using this device would calm my jangled nerves and relax my overtired and underexercised body.

The device I used was purchased through the Heritage Store in Virginia Beach and shipped to me in California. Never having seen one before, I was surprised that it looked like a battery and even has to be put out in the sun frequently to be recharged. (My brother-in-law discovered it sitting on a sunny window sill of his house one day and thought it looked like a bomb so he hastily heaved it out into a field.) But it isn't a battery since it doesn't generate or use any electricity. When attached to it, the body becomes the battery and the device resonates to the user's own magnetic field--a phenomenon which builds with use. During construction, the person assembling the device must take great care to use only positive thinking so that negative vibrations won't be built into it. It is so sensitive to picking up an individual's magnetic field frequency that the device should never be used by another person--not even one's spouse.

The first time I used the device, I was surprised by a couple of rather inconvenient requirements. First, the electrode cups must be sanded with a very fine sandpaper before and after each use. Now that I am used to it--using a piece of emery cloth--I don't mind so much. My second surprise: the amount of ice that it requires is more than I ever found in anyone's refrigerator, including my own. And it was hard to find a container for the ice that was tall enough. I compromised by using one the right height but smaller than suggested. This also solved the ice problem. I am still looking for a proper crockery container which Harvey Grady insisted is much superior to the plastic one I used.

Despite all of the mundane start-up obstacles, hooking up the electrode cups to a wrist and the opposite ankle and settling back to relax was actually the easiest part. The instructions require rotating to one of four different hook-up positions each day. This makes up one cycle, lasting four days. I've completed four cycles since I started and have been pleased with the results. More often than not I fell asleep. After a half-hour nap, I usually felt a surge of energy which would wake me up. When it was during the day, I went about my business feeling refreshed and alert. When I used it at night, I detached the electrodes and went right back to sleep. Occasionally I would meditate right through the time I had allotted for using the device. Despite the excessive amount of stress I was going through, I never experienced any anxiety or nervousness.

Having been a meditator for many years, I would have been meditating anyway during that business trip. I usually reach a relaxed state in meditation but don't ever feel that charge of energy. The A.R.E. Clinic's research has some evidence that the device causes an increase in dopamine. This typically results in an increase in fine motor control, a sense of well-being, and an improvement in circulation--all of which I experienced.

According to Harvey Grady and other long-time users of the device, its benefits improve with time. So I plan to go right on using it as long as I continue getting such good results.
