1. Is this legal? YES! This is MLM and MLM is not illegal. Money schemes and pyramids are illegal as only money is traded in these programmes. In $5 Gimmick there is a product that is sold for $5. You buy a subscription to the JISL Chronicle, our magazine on the internet. The Chronicle is found in your member's area. We have been on the market now for over three and a half year with this program. Our company is legally based in Nevis & St Kitts where we pay our taxes and Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted us as a customer.

2. Do I have to pay $5 each month? No, its assumed you can settle each monthly membership out of your account, but it is possible that your budget will be insufficient, then you will be allowed to have a negative balance until your balance has grown sufficiently. 

3. What kind of risk is there? Although all participants usually make a profit of ten-fold or even hundreds of percents with a few months, this is not guaranteed. But all you ever risk is $5!

4. How do I know what I earn? 14 days after application each participant will get a confirmation letter, showing your ID code along with an application form for you to use to introduce others. If you have an email address you can get your confirmation on the same day. You will receive a monthly statement either by email (charge of $0.05) or by mail ($0.80) as long as you have a positive balance.

5. How do I get my money? You can demand payment at any time, but you are advised to wait until you get your JISL card, when your balance is $100+. The annual charge for the card is $35 and this is taken from your account. For every transaction with your card there is a 3% charge so its advisable not to withdraw small amounts. 

6. How do I introduce people? You will be given your own website to show people to where they can join (like the one you see when you click on JOIN NOW.) plus you will be given access to loads of resources to help you recruit others, including flyers, adverts, brochures. These will all be delivered to your email address on request. The JISL web-page also contains tips on introducing others. On top of that you will be invited to join the online support group I run to help you with your recruiting efforts.

7. Who can I introduce?  Anyone. You may introduce your friends or family, any legitimate company, or club. But its advised you first introduce at least 8 people who will actively sponsor others.

8. How many re-entries can I have? As many as you like. Each re-entry is placed in the next available place in the whole matrix, so everyone profits out of the efforts of others. Its advised to buy re-entries on a regular basis, e.g. once a month. You cannot and do not have to introduce people for each re-entry. These places are filled by spillover. The number of levels you are paid for for your main entry also applies to your re-entries. 

9. How are commissions paid? Commissions are paid on every filled place on a monthly basis, you will get paid for every new participant immediately. 

10. Other advice? It is wise to have at least one re-entry. Your main entry growth depends mainly on your effort and the efforts of others in your matrix. This growth can be very quick.
