NY TIMES Protest July 10, 2006
Several months ago, members from Coastal NJ ran into the father of a U.S. soldier preparing for deployment to Iraq. Knowing full well how even a simple letter from home can raise morale among the troops, our chapter decided then and there to adopt Gary and his unit and provide them a bit of thanks, comfort and support as they keep the torch of liberty burning bright.

Yellow Ribbon II: Operational Brief
On September 24, 2005, situated at the U.S. Naval Memorial in D.C., Operation: Defend the White House took place. Over 300 people attended to celebrate the recent Presidential elections here in the U.S. and the peaceful first real elections in Iraq. DTWH was but one of the pro-America/Pro-Troop rallies held during the Support the Troops and their Mission Weekend.
