WHAT IS MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING ?
It is the ability of the speaker to project an image, and idea or energy on to the listeners by the use of direct or indirect objects. It is being able to acquire the energy connection in "attitude, aptitude, altitude" that moves one into focus action.

Speaker is not so much being in formal settings, but it
may take place on the spot where by guidance of the
Holy Spirit we can be a blessing to someone on this
journey called life(Matt. 10:19; Prov. 18;21;Phil. 4;8).

professional Christian Writing. She is availible for
inspirational and motivational speaking. Writing will
better promote her image as a gifted and anointed
teacher and speaker of the Word of God.

Pressure is stress coupled with depression and heaviness. Its is that level of stress that not only becomes an attitude of a person, but it also becomes a characteristic, which is most difficult to change in one's behavior. This is one reason why individuals are not able to deals with change and other complications in the workplace. Thus in conflict management, anger management, and crisis changes, one is able to have the assurance, that pressure can not only be mastered, but it can be redirected into creative energy that enbles ones to deal and prevail in any situation.
The U.S. Marines have a saying, Pain is weakenss leaving the body". If we take what they say, and put in line with the scriptures, it will say,"...endure hardness as a good soldier...(ll Tim.2:3). So that when troubled, pain and pressure come, we must accept these things, but also change our attitude. Once we understand the situation, our aptitude is moditified and we realize our potential, and then that places us on a different plateau into altitude, where we realize, growth.
You must learn to deal a knock out blow, lest you be dealt with a death blow. You must learn to blow out, less stres blow you up.
"Putting People First", is a phrase different politicians hve been using , as well as people who write Vision and Mission Statement. But I wonder how many of those people would use a phrase,"Putting(Jesus Christ)first". Our Lord Jesus Christ tells us to "seek ye first the kingdom of God and all his righteousness, and all these things shall be added"(Matt. 6:33). As followers of Christ, we are his ambassadors or representatives of tranformed creativity as opposed to being pawns of of failure and victims of change.
God's word tells us we should be prepared to receive the blessings of God. Psalms 1:1, lets one know when we do not associate with evil communications(l Cor. 15;33), one will realize the blessings in their position in God. With the word of God on our side, the Holy Spirit empowering, and pursuing academic certification and accreditation, as true believers, we can become facilitators, teachers and mentors in industry, business and entrepreneurship. God's people should be leaders, using the stated outline prerequisites. Thes are areas of continiung education certification you should inquire about:

"I returned,and saw under the sun,that the race is
not to the swift,nor the battle to the strong,neither
yet bread to the wiese, nor riches to the men of
understanding,nor favor to the men of skill;but time
and chance happeneth to them all".
Why people fail and others succeed seems to be the thesis and antithesis of this exegesis by King Solomon. Some people just end up giving up, but others succeed and achieve, only to find disatisfaction and boredom. What people don't have is the winning combination. Often, these quitters, despite their accomplishments, give in to discouragement, disappointments,obstacles, the unexpected and distractions, all modified by pride and paronia. This happens when you play the game of life, involving yourself in this world system. This is society definition of power is called the Game:
GREATNESS-domination and charisma
AMBITION- motivation
MONEY- wealth
EDUCATION-knowledge, both creative and substantive.
What brings on the winning combination ? It is when you understand these six aspects of your life: meaning, message, journey, turning points, destiny and legacy.
Two "V's" together make a "W". This is the first letter of the word "winner". Value balances with virture. "Values" equals importance and worth that gives you recognition. "Virtue" equals moral and ethical principles that give you excellence.
Making your life count,would be a good lesson for Charlie Brown. Instead of always complanning, be about the business of contributing. Here are five things you can do to make life count:
1.Being led by the Holy Spirit to say one kind word
to enable one to have a life changing direction for
the better.
2.Our prayer should be to the Lord,don't let my living
be in vain.
3.Our daily focus should be, do not major in the minors
and minor in the majors.
4.Can I make a difference in this confused world.
5.Lord make me an instrument of all thy fruit of the
spirit.
A poem that I wrote, "Making Your Life Count":
The good we do is seldom measured,
For our soul which records our deeds is our greatest
treasure.
Many a blunders are shrouded with mysteries,
But the victory in life comes when we achieve mastery.
It is not meant for the body to live with too much stress,
So relief in life will come when you've done your best.
In life avoid all mediocrity,
By striving for excellence in prioroties.
People enjoy a life of infamy,
But they will change their ways, because they have an
appointment with destiny.

Subject:Don't Let The Devil Shake You Up
Theme: God Can Turn Your Doom Into Bloom
Text: Acts 28:3,5

"And Paul gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them
on the fire, there came out a viper out of the heat,
and fastened on his hand...And he shook off the
beast into the fire and no harm."
Shake off the the beast was a favorite quotation of my father, the late Bishop James W. Parrott, Sr. He would preach this fiery sermon in two parts: a.the guilt and weight of past sins, b. throwing off the beast of drugs(getting that monkey off your back). My father like our founding father of the Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the late Bishop R.C. Lawson would give sermons that has soteriological/eschatological as well as social/ethical/practical significance in life application.
You cannot let the devil get to you. You must deal with the situation, because God will not change it, Sour milk instead of being thrown away became a profiability as opposed to liability when the late Louis Pasteur discovered pasteurization which led to the preservation of the sour contents. The results we have today are found with cottage cheese, cheeses, sour dough bread, pasteurized milk as well as the drug itself penicillin which came many years later.
GOD CAN TURN YOUR DOOM INTO BLOOM

Don't let trouble get you down,
Put on a smile, its better than a frown.
Be not enraged to point of condescendence,
The victory is allowing the Holy Spirit to give the
Devil a taste of his own medicine.
When the adversary makes quake with imitidation and fright,
Stand Still and go forth in Jesus name, and say I just
began to fight.
Mood spell backwards comes out to doom,
When the dark cloud has passed,the sun makes plants to bloom.
The next time when the enemy has you bound and down,
My God's word says he'll deliver me and turn crisis around.

Subject:It Is Now Up To You
Theme: Don't Give Up The Fight
Text: 11 Tim. 4:7

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course,
I have kept the faith".
The day Dr. Martin L. King was assasinated , Isaiah 6:1 was relevant for this situation; "In the year king Uzziah died, I saw the Lord". From that point in American History, the Civil Rights Movement no longer rested on the shoulders of this great leader, but a cry echoed, "Its Is Now Up To You".
There were times in my life my parents encouraged me, never to give up on life as well as never being a quitter. My father love to quote the scripture, Psa. 37:3,"Trust in the Lord and do good". My Mother would quote to me the scripture in Proverbs 18:16, "A man's gift maketh room for him, and bring him before great men". These scriptures became a shield(Psa.37:3)and a seal(Prov. 18:16). As I matured I came to realize faith was a moving dynamics a shield(Anointing), and a source of potential faith abundance as a seal(Authority). I found myself when doors were shut to me in vital places a source of comfort drawing upon the scriptures my parents had put indelibly in my spirit was l Samuel 30:6,"And David was greatly distressed...but David encouraged himself in the Lord."
The Late John Paul Jones had a similar experience when he had been beatened by the British and was ordered to surrender. He could have take the Spock approach and said, it logical. But when he had to look at his men, and his men looked at him, he looked at the enemy and said the resounding words, "I've Just begun to fight" ! With those words of motivation, those hungry, tired and discouraged men forgot about hunger, their tiredness and their discouragement and won a great battle, that inspired many people in diverse situations to react with faith impact.
