Team Jesus in Me
Leading your own business, what would you think if your secretary sent out your memos with 17th century words, your sales staff shalt approach clients in this manner, etc.? Unite in our team if you are ready for the pickier, true God. (But you are to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect.)
Having the attribute of timeliness, God's name is I AM. Team members don't deny this attribute. (Even the world realizes the wisdom of a timely lifestyle!) Be serious about God's name.
It was the 1960s. An active teen in many church activities, I, Mark Henninger, heard that a personal relationship with Jesus made Christianity fulfilling. When I recognized my sinful condition with the solution provided through faith in Jesus, Jesus was welcome as my savior.
It was not the 1760s. Lord Jesus and followers that enjoyed such fellowship took secondplace to an attractive modern world.
When Jesus returned after being crucified, 2 of his followers did not recognize him on the road to Emmaus (Emmaus, PA is where the I was raised.) Rumors spread after my college graduation. A girl was sure that she knew someone just like the me, “but you can’t be him, because he died.”
Now recognizing that the life that we live is because of Jesus, join boasting in TEAM JESUS IN ME, 1 Corinthians 1:31.

The bottom line: Since God has the attribute of timeliness, Bible versions with untimely words have become corrupt versions. Good stewards of Team Jesus in me admit this fact.
