Because Of you
As I look into the past
hoping the memories will fade fast
now when I look into your eyes
All I see is all the hopeless lies
I sit and think
Im wanting to break
break into tears
releasing all of my fears
everything I told you
I was afraid of, came true
But don't worry I'll move on
It may take awhile
But I'll just look on and smile
Pretending you didn't hurt me
soon enough you will see
I really did love you
even if you didn't love me
So don't come crawling back to me
when you truly see
what you missed out on
can't you understand im not your little pawn
you promised you wouldn't break my heart
But you totally ripped it apart
I tried to be true
but that got ruined
ALL BECAUSE OF YOU!!

***I wrote this poem after i thought i was in love with a guy named jared prewitt but soon found out i was wrong but you know what they say " NOTHING LASTS FOREVER" so now i will jsut write alot of poems and hopefully soon I will move on!!!
Not Real
Everynight I lay awake
thinking of you
and I start to feel really blue
trying to figure out if you really love me
my heart skips a beat
and I start to believe
that we were meant to be
then my mind comes in
and I start to think maybe
my hearts just blind
wanting me to feel...
to feel something that is not real!!

Lover where can you be
whya aren't u here with me
I'm sitting here missing you
wondering if our love will be true
not knowing when you will come
or what our love will become
Lover where can you be
why aren't you here with me
can't you see what all were missing
when we should be under the moon kissing
lover where can you be
why aren't you here with me
do you not feel this feeling that is so real
do you not feel this feeling i feel
lover where are you
why are u making me blue
what do you think you will gain
through all of my pain

I miss...
I miss you even though its been along while
since ive seen you last
I miss your innocent smile
and i can't put it in the past
I miss the way i could always be me
I miss the way you would hold me
I miss the way you would hold my trembling
hands to your soft lips
I miss the way you would gently hold my hips
I even miss the power of your stare
but what I miss the most is that you
were always there!!!

A Love
Why can't i find my true love
someone who can be my beloved
A love that is all for me
A love that will forever be
A love where I can truly care
A love that will always be there
A love that is not blind
But a love that is all MINE!!!

Visions
The day you left me behind
cisions came back to my mind
of the way you held me tight
all through the night
I think of the way your eyes looked
when you told me you loved me
That's when I felt my heart was set free
then the day came when it had to end
and you just wanted to be my friend
now as I see so many faces
and my heart races
only one is set apart
It's you I can feel it in my heart
as you gaze into my eyes and smile
even though its been awhile
you come up to me and hug me
and while your hold me
you gently whisper in my ear
" I STILL LOVE YOU"
Please listen and know its true!!
