Jack grew up on the streets most of his life, and his mission in life was to help the less fortunate by stealing from the rich. He's not used to living by the rules and would rather do things his own way. As the leader of Power Rangers, Jack took advantage of his position, but has now learned the value of taking his role seriously as the Red Ranger.

Sky is top on B Squad on weapons and fighting, and believes he should be the Red Ranger just like his father. He is neat and precise about everything he does, and plays things by the rules. Unfortunately, his pride gets in the way. Commander Cruger picks him to be the Blue Ranger.

Bridge might appear slow at times, but he is a computer genious, a master mechanic, and much more. He might be gullible, but also has a heart of gold. He is the perfect canidate to be the Green Ranger.

Sydney comes from a rich family and although being spoiled shows, she is the heart of the team. She takes pride in her looks, but don't let her appearence fool you, she can hold her own as the Pink Ranger.

Doggie is in command of Earth's S.P.D. operations. He commands the Power Rangers team, and proves to be one of their most valuable assets by becoming the Shadow Ranger. He is from the planet Sirius, which was destroyed by the evil Emperor Gruumm.

Villains
Emperor Gruumm's battleship has traveled through outerspace in its journey to conquer and destroy planets. Earth is its current target.
Emperor Gruumm
Emperor Gruumm is the leader of the Troobians, a planet-conquering alien force. He is evil, and destroys everything in his path. He destroyed Sirius, the home planet of Anubis, and now his next target is Earth.
Mora
Don't let this ten year old's innocent look fool you. Mora is pure evil and can create real monsters with just her imagination. She has teamed up with Emperor Gruumm to take over the Earth.
Broodwing
Broodwing a very evil creature that sells weapons, creatures and robots to anyone who can afford it. He only cares about the money he makes and nothing about the destruction that follows.
Krybots
Krybots are robotic drones that serve as the Troobian grunt force.
Bluehead Krybot
The Bluehead Krybot is a personal guard to Emperor Gruumm, and while more rare the the normal Krybots, they are smarter and more powerful. This Krybot usually has an army of normal Krybots at its disposal.
Orangehead Krybot
The Orangehead Krybot is the rarest and most powerful Krybot. It has a powerful sword and attacks, the most powerful of which is the Triforce Shockwave.
Evil Cycle
After Cruger challenged Gruumm to a battle, Gruumm went to Earth with his Evil Cycle. When he arrived on Earth, the energy signature it sent out was large enough for S.P.D. to detect. However, since Cruger had been relived of duty, Red, Blue and Green Rangers were sent to investigate, by orders of Commander Birdy. When the three Rangers arrived, Gruumm showed himself and fought the Rangers on their Patrol Cycles. When all was done, the Rangers were defeated, and Gruumm told them to bring him Cruger.
Jack told Cruger what had happened and the Gruumm was waiting to fight him. When Cruger went back to S.P.D., Dr. Manx assisted him by giving him the Delta Patrol ATV, the Shadow Ranger’s own S.P.D. Vehicle. When the Shadow Ranger and Gruumm did battle on their new vehicles, it was Shadow that came out victorious. By winning, Cruger not only showed his strength as Commander, but also saved Commander Birdy’s life.
The cycle still remains as one of Gruumm’s tools for evil; fully equipped with lasers and capable of high speeds.
Morgana
Morgana is the adult counterpart to Mora. After Gruumm had had enough of Mora's failures, he used his staff to turn Mora into Morgana. Now she is trying to destroy the Rangers in order to make Emperor Gruumm turn her back to Mora.
Also, Morgana's new body comes with a powerful battle suit. She has now launched her own plan of attack against the Rangers, with the help of Shorty and Devastation.
Piggy
Piggy is an informant that the Power Rangers use. However, his real alliance is with Emperor Gruumm.
While Piggy lived in a dumpster in the slumps of New Tech City, after he found a winning lottery ticket worth Ten Million Dollars, he set up his own cafe serving, just as he likes, very gross and disgusting food.

Katherine Manx
Katherine "Kat" Manx is who the Power Rangers look to for technical support. She has designed most of the Rangers weapons - and is Anubis' trusted assistant.
Boom
Boom was rejected from the Ranger Academy, but continues to assist Kat with the technical aspect of things.
R.I.C.
R.I.C. - Robotic Interactive Canine is the trusty robotic assistant to the Power Rangers. He was created by Kat to perform many functions; including acting as a cannon for the Power Rangers.
A Squad Power Rangers
The A Squad Power Rangers are S.P.D.'s first team of heroes - the best of the best. They get all the important missions, while B Squad is left cleaning up after them. That is, until a mission calls them away from Earth.
Supreme Commander
Fowler Birdy
Supreme Commander Fowler Birdy is Commander Cruger's superior officer, though they do not get along. Commander Birdy came to Earth S.P.D. and began demanding that Cruger follow his orders on how Earth's S.P.D. should be run. When Commander Cruger refused, he was relived of duty and Fowler Birdy took command. However, Commnader Birdy soon realized that his ideas of S.P.D. were more harmful to the team, as he himself was almost destroy by Emperor Gruumm & his Evil Cycle. Thanks to all six S.P.D. Rangers working together they were able to save the city and stop Gruumm.
Realizing that his actions were incorrect, Commander Birdy reassigned Commander Cruger to Earth S.P.D. and left back into space.
