sending sp@m, unsub them and send them one last e-mail with -one E-mail From (YOU) in the subject line. In that e-mail tell
them this -
"You have been UNSUBSCRIBED. You subscribed through (where
ever)and if you receive another mailing from me it's
because you were scheduled to receive it in my mailer which
I can not stop from being sent. The FTC allows 10 days to
be removed from a bus.iness customer list."
