SPECIALIZATION:
I specialize in the translation of Polish geneaolgy which includes "old Polish" script and deciphering copies of microfilm.
Since I grew up in both cultures, Polish and American, I know and understand both cultures very well. I have over 20 yrs. of experience as a translator/interpreter. I'm fluent in both English and Polish.

It's fabulous! The postcard is from my great grandfather to my great uncle. I didn't know he was ever in the US, even for this short time.
The best part is, this is the ONLY piece of correspondence I have in my entire family. It really makes a person come alive. The birth record is equally helpful. I never imagined I'd have my grandmother's parents' name, let alone her mother's maiden name!

RATES:
TRANSLATIONS: .15 cents per word - English into Polish. - My minimum charge is $20.
Polish into English: .10 per word, minimum $15.
INTERPRETATIONS: $30 per hour.
DECIPHERING & TRANSLATIONS OF MICROFILMED RECORDS:
$20 - $35 per record depending on the handwriting
OVER THE PHONE INTERPRETATIONS: $40 per hour.
