Step 1: Go to The Crafty PC to buy the glow in the dark transfer paper. U don't have to get it here, but I don't know where else they sell it. With shipping it will cost about $15. I know it's kinda expensive but Clay's worth it.
Step 2: Design the shirt pattern in a program of your choice. It doesn’t even have to be a shirt maker program. I use Hallmark Studio 2003. You can design it on anything. Here is picture of the front of the shirt design I made for my shirt in Hallmark Studio 2003. The design has to be an outline to glow.

Step 3: Print the design on regular paper. Do this a few times until you got it the right size that you want. Put printer on “draft” so you don’t waste your color ink. (U don’t have to but it does save ink.)
Step 4: Print your design on the glow in the dark transfer paper. Make sure you print it on the right side and mirror your image. I think the directions it comes with tell u what side to print on. I don’t have the directions and can’t remember. My advice is draw a small “x” in the corner of your paper and print. If it turns out to be the wrong side get another paper and use the side that didn’t have the x on it.
Step 5: Wait till the ink dries then iron it on. Then that’s it! Your shirt is done!
Front of my shirt (I bought the shirt at Body Shop for $14)
A little closer view (I love the bow)
The back of my shirt (I didn’t deign this. I got this photo from an Ezboard post)
****Don't use an ugly "craft shirt" for this. Get a cute white shirt; it will look so much better.****
