Country - of exceptional quality with ICUMSA maximum 75 IUs
by ICUMSA Method # 9 (equivalent to 57 by ICUMSA Method # 10)
- FAS (Free Along Side) at the Port of Loading; or
- FOB Stowed on board the ship; or
- C&FFO / CIFFO Any Safe World Port

Our recent shipment (May, 2003) of a shipload of 15,800 MT
was of a Maximum ICUMSA of 75 by Method # 9
- which corresponds to an ICUMSA of around 57 by Method # 10.

BRAZILIAN ORIGIN SUGAR (ICUMSA 45 RBU Maximum):
Since August 2003 we have been retained as PROTECTING AGENTS by Buyer-Principals from UK, Germany, Switzerland, Egypt,Greece and GCC countries to procure for them Brazilian Origin Sugar in ship-loads of 12,500 MT and above.
Presently we are engaged in executing for A German Buyer Principal 1.2 Million MT Monthly 100,000 MT X 12)under single contract
against 2 Transferable Instruments of Payment one DLC and One ARDLC:
DLC for the first 100,000 MT.
The DLC becoming operative only after seller's submission
of POP of ready-for-shipment-cargo at Load-Ports
AND satisfactory Stack-Survey Report (of the Cargo to be
shipped) performed by an independent approved Inspection
Agency of the Buyer's choice; at buyer's cost and under
full control of the Buyer.
ARDLC for the balance 1.1 Million MT. This ARDLC will
become operative upon seller submitting
(a) 2 % Revolving PGB for the monthly Quantity of 100,000 MT
(b) POP for the balance quantity of 1.1 million MT AND
(c) Notarized copy of the BL of the 1st Ship-load against DLC
where, as PROTECTING AGENTS, Advantage India offers :
01. Price benefits of quantity consolidation & Freight
consolidation,
02. Quality Supervision at the Warehouse of Brazilian Refinery,
before the goods move to the Brazilian Port,
03. Vessel Chartering on terms that do not exploit the Buyer
04. Insurance cover without Exclusion clause, enabling coverage
for loss or damage to quantity , however small.
05. Provide 2 % empty bags Free of cost, and ensure that even
slightly damaged bags at the Port of Loading are replaced
or repacked to ensure close to 100 % bags delivered in
sound condition at the destination Port.
06. Followup with insurance company for any claims of damages,
shortages etc.
